1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Netkri Media's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service agreement.

2. Services

Netkri Media provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads management, social media management, graphics design, e-commerce setup, content creation, and website design. Scope of work is defined in the individual service agreement or invoice shared with the client.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly services require payment at the start of each month
• One-time projects require 50% advance and 50% on delivery
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay
• Late payments may result in service pause after 7-day notice

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary access (ad accounts, pages, credentials) on time
• Respond to feedback requests within 48 hours
• Provide accurate business information and content when required
• Not share campaign data or strategies with competitors

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets (graphics, copy, designs) created by Netkri Media become the property of the client upon full payment. Netkri Media reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive for the best results, Netkri Media cannot guarantee specific outcomes from advertising campaigns, as results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, ad budgets, and audience behavior.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information, strategies, and data confidential. Netkri Media will not share client data with competitors or third parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with 15 days written notice. Project-based work cannot be cancelled once execution has begun.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

1. Our Commitment

At Netkri Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we want to make it right.

2. Monthly Services (Meta Ads, Social Media, etc.)

• Cancellation: You may cancel with 15 days notice. No refund for the current month's payment.
• First Month Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied after the first full month, raise a concern within 7 days of month-end. We will offer a free additional month of service or partial credit.
• No refunds are issued for ad spend (Google/Meta budgets) as these are paid directly to the platforms.

3. One-Time Projects (Website, Design, Setup)

• Advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once work has begun.
• Final payment (50%) is due on delivery. Revision rounds as per the project agreement are included.
• If Netkri Media fails to deliver the agreed scope, a full refund will be issued.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

• Netkri Media fails to start work within agreed timeline
• Delivered work is completely outside agreed scope
• Technical errors caused solely by Netkri Media

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Client changes requirements after work has started
• Dissatisfaction due to ad platform algorithm changes
• Delayed delivery due to client not providing required materials
• Services already rendered and approved by client

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at hello@netkri.in with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
